Is coaching the same as therapy or counselling?

Coaching is neither therapy nor counseling, which pay a lot of attention to past events and perceived 'problems' in a person's life which so often focus on tragedy.

Coaching focuses on the positive and encourages the client to find solutions and answers that work for them in their life. Through a serious of coaching sessions, we direct you towards finding the solutions and the answers.

In coaching we focus on where you are now, where you want to be and how you are going to get there. It is a process of setting goals, increasing self-worth and esteem and teaching you tools to use in life, which will assist you in achieving whatever you want to achieve.

How long is the coaching programme?

Credo coaching uses a standard coaching process of 13 sessions. This can be done weekly (13 week programme) or fortnightly (6 months programme).
Each coaching session lasts from 75 to 90 minutes.

Shorter versions of the programme are also available, depending on the client's needs.

People of all ages and walks of life who desire change will find coaching invaluable, whether they are professionals, entrepreneurs, students or parents. Coaching assists each person to gain balance, fulfillment, motivation and the drive for success.
